McCurry v. Accessory Network Group

Representing world-renowned photographer Steve McCurry, McCulloch Kleinman Law obtained a default judgment for maximum statutory damages and attorneys’ fees in a case against the corporate parent of the Ghurka leather goods brand, after the client’s photo was used without permission in  store advertisement.  The case was filed in the Southern District of New York.
