Taking on Goliath

McCulloch Kleinman secured an appellate victory in a precedent-setting copyright infringement case against the Welsh Government, defeating a claim of sovereign immunity.

Representing the copyright owner of two iconic images of famed Welsh poet Dylan Thomas, MK Law successfully argued in the Second Circuit Court of Appeals that the Welsh Government could not be immune from claims of copyright infringement after having distributed promotional tourism materials that used the images in the United States.
