Representing a premium boutique stock photography company, McCulloch Kleinman Law won a jury verdict for maximum damages related to the unauthorized use of three of the client’s photographs on a commercial website. After an appeal to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the verdict of contributory infringement was affirmed.
