As the head of the firm’s New York City office, I manage most client matters and litigation here on the East Coast. I have worked directly with Kevin for many years on our clients’ largest and most significant copyright infringement claims while also overseeing my own portfolio of matters for clients with ongoing consulting or copyright enforcement needs. I have significant experience handling every aspect of copyright litigation in federal courts around the country, including drafting and arguing major motions in our firm’s most significant and complex cases.
Prior to joining McCulloch Law, I worked at a boutique IP firm assisting artists, start-ups, and non-profit organizations with a range of legal matters including license negotiation and litigation. I earned my J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law and I have a degree in design management from Parsons School of Design. With my background in and passion for design, I am well-equipped to bridge the typical gap between artist and lawyer and provide advice to clients based on a real understanding of the many issues facing today’s creative professionals.
I take pride in always trying to give each of my clients a considered and honest opinion about any concerns or potential claims they may bring to my attention, large or small. I know that our clients take their art and creative pursuits seriously and personally, and I try to meet each of their needs the same way.
I am a member of the Copyright Society of the U.S. (NY Chapter), the New York City Bar Association, and the Intellectual Property Committee of the Federal Bar Council.
