About Us

I am the managing partner of McCulloch Kleinman Law and head of our Seattle office.

I earned my J.D. from Yale Law School in 2005, during which time I interned for the U.S. Department of Justice and the counselor to the president of the World Bank.  After law school I began my legal career in the litigation section of the DC office of a large national firm, where I honed my skills in both complex civil litigation and appellate practice.  During this time, I helped author briefs in numerous appeals and several major cases before the United States Supreme Court.  I later served as a law clerk to the Honorable Eric L. Clay on the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.  Following my clerkship, I turned the focus of my practice to copyright enforcement and litigation.

For over a decade, I have devoted my practice to representing individual artists and creative businesses across a variety of industries, from sport and fashion photographers to music producers, movie directors, street artists, and other creative professionals.  I have  successfully litigated and resolved claims against nearly all of the major stock photography agencies and publishing houses, as well as various sports leagues and franchises.
